How is ABC free for business owners — what’s the catch?
  • There is no catch. We don’t take a cut from your invoices. We don’t charge a subscription fee. Our revenue comes directly from vendors who agree to a revenue-share in exchange for access to business owners like you. That means we only make money if you get value — not if we just flood your inbox with options. You either want a platform that’s aligned with your outcomes, or you want to keep rolling the dice. We built ABC for the first group.
What kind of business is ABC best for?

If your business has a roof and outsourced vendors — it’s for you. We built this for business operators who don’t have time to babysit vendors, overpay, or pray someone shows up.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why isn’t there one place that just handles this whole process for me?” –ABC is now that place.

What happens if a vendor drops the ball?

Then we drop the hammer. You don’t get stuck chasing vendors. We’ve built accountability checks into the platform — real ABC customer reviews, real compliance standards, and real contractual consequences for non-compliant vendors. You’ve either had a vendor nightmare already, or you’re one bad job away from it. ABC exists so you never have to deal with it again.

How many ABC Preferred Vendors are available in each service category?
  • We assign one Preferred Vendor per category, per zone. That vendor gets the first crack at any job submitted in that category. Behind them, we’ve got vetted backups on deck — but only one vendor is live in your job path unless a fallback is triggered. No crowding. No competition. No noise.
Do ABC customers have a choice of which ABC category vendor or service company is assigned to them when a job is requested on the platform?
  • No. You don’t pick a vendor — the platform does.
ABC auto-assigns the best-fit Preferred Vendor based on your request. That’s the whole point: you don’t waste time shopping, comparing, or guessing.
Is the company name of the ABC Preferred Vendor in each category visible to the customer?
  • No — and that’s by design. ABC handles the vetting so you don’t have to. Since you’re not locked into anything and can walk at any point, there’s no need for vendor branding. You’re here for the pricing and the protection — not the logo on the invoice.
What happens if an ABC customer doesn’t feel comfortable in committing to the ABC Preferred Vendor Service company assigned to them after the initial meeting or service call consultation?

Then you don’t.
ABC customers are never required to hire the assigned vendor. If something feels off, you walk — no explanation needed. No commitment, no penalty, no pressure.

Will the ABC preferred customer pricing discount be visible on the invoicing or quote provided by the ABC Preferred Vendor Service company?
  • Yes — in writing, every time. Every Preferred Vendor must show their standard price, subtract the ABC discount, and present the reduced total to you up front. If you don’t see it, don’t approve it.
Do ABC customers pay ABC directly for completed ABC Preferred Vendor Service company jobs?
  • No. You pay the vendor directly–but only after ABC signs off on the final invoice. That way, your pricing is locked and verified before any money moves.
Does ABC check their Preferred Vendor Service Companies to make sure they are giving ABC customers the ABC Preferred Customer Pricing? If so, how often does ABC check?
  • Yes — every single time. No job gets greenlit until ABC approves both the quote and the final invoice. That’s how we enforce the pricing, and it’s why the system works. No guesswork. No backdoor billing. Just clean numbers, verified before you pay.
